Optimistic Mediterranean Dinner with Andrei Velichko
22.04.2020@08:00-17:00 EEST
Our culinary school has reopened its now virtual doors. I would never have thought that the difficult events the world is now living through could bring such good news.
All last week, my team and I worked to ensure that you did not feel the big difference between a virtual lesson and a real one. Now our world is without borders, and our school can be near you, wherever you are.
There is one more good news: virtual lessons allow you to be in the familiar atmosphere in your kitchen, among dishes and gadgets that you are comfortable with, to not spend time on the road, to choose the products you want to use yourself. And at the end of the lesson, everything you cook will remain a bonus for you and your family! All you need to do is install Zoom on any device with a microphone and camera.
A chef will be teaching you, as usual, but now he can be from any country that you and I wish. I will lead a lesson, as usual, and the sommelier will tell us about wine. Our company will be small and cosy.
In April, our school had a birthday. Once we celebrated it like this – “My Friends” Cooking School Birthday.
This year the school turns 9 years old and we devoted the first virtual lesson to this event. I invited one of the best Odessa chefs, Andrey Velichko. He worked for many years as the brand chef at Savva Libkin’s company.

Until the end of quarantine, our lessons are a free donation*
*You determine the price for the lesson yourself. I will transfer all the received funds to support the cooks from Odessa restaurants who have been left without a job.
If you want to receive regularly a schedule of our lessons and events, then look in the subscription section of my blog.
See you on Zoom! Isolation will not prevent us from communicating, enjoying life, and doing good deeds!
