Tastes of Childhood
Zephyr is the taste of our childhood. You bite off a piece, and it slowly melts in your mouth, as if you are tasting a soft and tender cloud. Sometimes zephyr bought in a store can disappoint us. Then you would like to cook it yourself, but it seems difficult or even impossible at home. Together with Promenu chain stores, we decided to prove that it is possible and not difficult, especially if you use the planetary mixer KitchenAid to help you cook. Zephyr mass needs to be whisked thoroughly and for a long time so it would be saturated with air bubbles, and not every mixer can cope with this task. Clients of Promenu are people who like to cook with the help of beautiful, high-quality and convenient cookware. Very often there are new items from the world of tableware and cookware in the stores, and it’s not always easy to understand how they work without the help of professionals. During the lesson we also learned to cook gelato – Italian ice cream, with Nemox ice cream machine, novelty in Promenu stores. Sommelier Konstantin Vidoborenko offered Bisser Kolonist white sparkling wine for our zephyr based on apple puree. The wine was provided to us by our partners Kolonist Winery. Bisser is a new Bessarabian sparkling wine with small runs: a total of 3,500 bottles. Apple and citrus notes in taste and bubbles of “beads” playing in a glass perfectly complement our dessert. Together we prepared a lot of zephyrs and gladly hand it out to our guests. Indeed, in Promenu they do not just sell goods, but also gift delicious emotions.
