Ingredients
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • oregano
  • salt
Cooking method
  1. Whisk the lemon juice with olive oil. Add salt, oregano and stir.
  2. Pour the sauce into a glass jar, close the lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
My tips and tricks
Try adding 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic to this sauce, it adds a little spice and goes well with meat dishes.
