Ingredients
  • 250 g pizza dough
  • For the filling:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 50 g ricotta dolce
  • zest of 1 small orange
  • leaves of 1 mint sprig
Cooking method
  1. Heat the oven to 220°C. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out a circle of dough 6 mm thick and about 30 cm in diameter. The edges of the circle should be thicker than the centre. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, put the base on it and bake for 5 minutes. Get the baking sheet with the base out of the oven.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Put ricotta and chocolate on the base and sprinkle with cocoa through a sieve. Bake in the oven for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with orange zest and mint leaves.
My tips and tricks
And now I want to surprise you even more. Pizza can be not only sweet, but also sweet and spicy. If you like chocolate with pepper, then replace ricotta with marshmallow. And when you melt the chocolate, add ¼ tsp chili pepper and ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper. We don't need lemon and mint. The main thing is to make sure that small guests do not steal a slice of such pizza, otherwise the noisy evening will become even noisier.
